Educational and Strategic Use Only

Use of Legal Support Tools and Paralegal-Level Resources

These systems are part of a proprietary automation platform intended to make legal structuring more accessible—but they are not a substitute for individualized legal representation.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Templates and documents are generated based on your input, and are not reviewed by a lawyer for your specific facts or jurisdiction
• These templates are intended as a starting point only, and should be reviewed and approved by your own legal counsel before use
• Receiving a semi-customized document from our system does not create an attorney-client relationship with Business Legal Fortress LLC or the attorney who originally created or reviewed the template system

We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that our materials are high-quality and strategically useful—but you assume all responsibility for their use and legal sufficiency.

Third-Party Attorneys and External Legal Providers

Certain packages or programs may include the opportunity to consult with an independent third-party attorney. These attorneys:

• Are not employees, agents, or partners of Business Legal Fortress LLC
• Operate independently under their own professional rules and state bar requirements
• Require a separate written engagement agreement between you and the attorney to form any legal relationship

If you engage with such an attorney:

• Your attorney-client relationship is only with that attorney
• Business Legal Fortress LLC does not supervise, manage, or share responsibility for their advice or services
• Any legal services performed are governed exclusively by that attorney’s professional obligations

Business Legal Fortress LLC may help coordinate the connection, but we do not guarantee, endorse, or warrant any outcome from your work with a third-party provider. We do not share in their fees and assume no liability for their performance or conduct.

No Privileged Communications

Unless and until you have a written engagement agreement with a licensed attorney, any communication between you and Business Legal Fortress LLC—including emails, intake forms, chat messages, onboarding calls, or portal submissions—is not protected by the attorney-client privilege or the work-product doctrine.

You should not share sensitive or confidential legal information with Business Legal Fortress LLC. Any information you submit will be treated as general inquiry or onboarding data only.

Responsibility for Legal Compliance

You agree that:

• You are responsible for ensuring that any legal documents you use are valid and enforceable in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for complying with all business, tax, regulatory, and licensing requirements relevant to your industry and location
• Business Legal Fortress LLC provides educational materials and tools, not legal oversight or personalized legal review

You agree to hold Business Legal Fortress LLC harmless from any liability, loss, or consequence that results from your implementation or misuse of any template, document, or strategy offered through our Services.

3. Purchase Terms and Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the immediate and irrevocable access to digital materials, templates, and backend portal content, Business Legal Fortress LLC does not offer refunds once access has been granted.

If you encounter a technical problem, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve it. But all purchases are considered complete and non-refundable at the time of access delivery.

4. License of Use and Restrictions

You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials you purchase for your own business. You may not:

• Resell, share, or distribute our templates, frameworks, or content
• Allow others to access your account or download materials
• Create derivative works from our content for resale or publication
• Use our brand, logo, or likeness without written permission

Violation of this license may result in termination of access and legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability and No Guarantees

Business Legal Fortress LLC makes no guarantees about outcomes, legal success, compliance, or results from use of our templates or strategies. While our materials are designed to help improve business infrastructure, you accept all risk in how you implement them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any and all liability for:

• Lost profits, damages, or legal claims
• Errors, omissions, or outdated information in our content
• Third-party services, including attorneys or filing platforms

All materials are provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts of Cheyenne, Wyoming. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objections based on forum non conveniens.
